Tatyana Nektalova, M.D. FAAD, the Founder of Dermatology & Aesthetics of Palm Beach, is a well-respected, board-certified dermatologist with over a decade of experience. Dr. Nektalova graduated from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, an accelerated 7-year Bachelor of Science-Doctor of Medicine Program. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. Graduating in the top 5% of her medical school class, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. While completing her final year of dermatology training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, she served as Chief Resident. As Chief Resident, she was elected to educate resident physicians, medical students, and visiting international doctors during weekly lectures. Dr. Nektalova is deeply passionate about teaching and has continued to educate residents as a Clinical Instructor at the Pediatric Dermatology clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Dr. Nektalova has helped countless patients achieve clear and healthy skin. She curated a premier practice in the Upper East Side, SoHo and Tribeca neighborhoods of Manhattan. She is sought after for her cosmetic treatments including neurotoxins, chemical peels, dermal fillers, and laser treatments. Having trained with leaders at the forefront of the field, Dr. Nektalova is particularly experienced in treating complex medical and pediatric dermatologic conditions.

In 2023, Dr. Nektalova founded Dermatology & Aesthetics of Palm Beach — a concierge dermatology practice at the forefront of providing comprehensive medical, cosmetic, and surgical care for adults and children. She resides in Palm Beach, Florida and divides her time between New York, NY and Greenwich, Connecticut.
